Can sellers track the status of RTO shipments in RapidShyp's system?

Yes, sellers can track the status of RTO shipments through the RapidShyp Xperience Suite, which provides real-time updates on the progress of return processes.


Follow these steps to know the whereabouts of your RTO shipments:


  • Sign in to your RapidShyp account, and from the sidebar, navigate to NDR. 
  • From here, go to RTO tab and click on the AWB number of your order. 
  • You will be redirected to RapidShyp tracking page, where you can get the real-time status of your RTO shipment.
