Yes, sellers can track the status of RTO shipments through the RapidShyp Xperience Suite, which provides real-time updates on the progress of return processes.
Follow these steps to know the whereabouts of your RTO shipments:
- Sign in to your RapidShyp account, and from the sidebar, navigate to NDR.

- From here, go to RTO tab and click on the AWB number of your order.
