How does RapidShyp minimise the occurrence of NDRs in its operations?

NDR or a Non-Delivery Report is generated when a delivery courier fails to deliver a shipment to the buyer. This can happen for various reasons, such as: 


  1. Incorrect address details
  2. Buyer unavailability
  3. Failed delivery attempts
  4. Unforeseen logistical challenges


To avoid these, RapidShyp continuously assesses and improves its operational processes to minimise the occurrence of NDRs.

It implements the following measures to minimise the occurrence of NDR: 


  1. Double-checking delivery addresses
  2. Checking buyer availability beforehand
  3. Mentioning COD information clearly on labels
