How does RapidShyp handle pickups from sellers during the first mile?

RapidShyp operates a comprehensive pickup system that ensures the timely and efficient collection of shipments from sellers. Our logistics network and dedicated pickup teams work to streamline the process, providing sellers with convenient pickup options.

Here is how you can schedule a pickup once you have created an order for your shipment during the first-mile delivery:

• Log into your RapidShyp account and navigate to Shipment from the menu. 

• Next, click on the Ship Now button placed in front of the order you want to ship. 

• You now have to assign a courier service for your order based on your preference.

• Finally, go to the Ready to Ship tab, select the order you want to ship, and navigate to Schedule Pickup and Create Manifest.  

You can now download and print the invoice, pack the order, and wait for a delivery executive to pick up the order.
