How can I add courier rules to my RapidShyp account?

Sellers use courier rules to set a courier priority for their bulk orders according to their shipping requirements.

Follow these steps to customise your courier priorities:

1. Navigate to Settings > Courier > Courier Rules.

2. Select Create New Rule and assign a name to your rule.

3. Select the appropriate conditions from the list provided, including payment mode, weight, order value, etc.; set the criteria for applying the rule; and click the Save Rule button to save your preferences.

4. Now, set your courier priority for your courier rule. Choose from available options (Economical, Personalized, etc.).

Note: For personalised courier priority, rearrange couriers from the available list of courier partners based on your shipping needs.

If you set multiple courier rules, we will prioritise the rule you set first.
